Say Hello to our Finnish Neighbors!
In the photo there is my rough female called Niisku (she is 6 years old) and my smooth male called Rane (he is 3 years old).
Here's an updated picture. Niisku is now sporting a new hair cut.
Best wishes from Finland

Here's Vicki's little Cuties!
Here is Ben (Ch. Treyacres Buff) - the old man in our house - whelped 7/21/91. Ben is our alpha male but he is only 11 lbs. so Pedro is going to give him a run for the money. Ben keeps us all in line and as long as we behave he will give us a good cuddle whenever we need one.
Here is Pedro (currently weighing in at 18.5 lbs at 10 months old - whelped 6/8/97.) He was sickly when I got him, but he is healthy now (except for hip dysplasia) -- thanks to all Marjorie's help, advice and patience. Marjorie spent hours talking me through all of Pedro and Pepe's illnesses (and bucking
me up on the days I was down because these pups did not seem to stop throwing up for several weeks!!)
How about those ears!! looks like the "Flying Nun" when he runs! He is a sweet puppy and a joy to have around -- a real little lover -- I am so very happy that we did not manage to place him with anyone else before we made the decision to keep him.
Pedro (front) and Pepe (in back - Pedro's brother) and Shortstop (their sister) were rescued in MA from a nasty puppy mill situation by Rosemary and Marjorie on August 13th, 1997. I met Marjorie (on the phone) when she called me on August 13th and asked me if I would give the pups a foster home - which I did on August 15th. In October Pepe went to live in a happy home in New
Jersey with his friend Sam.

Here's Dick & Tonia's little Sweethearts!
Andy is Royal Looks Sir Andrew - age 2
Andy is a big male moose for a griff, but otherwise he has all of the classic Griff traits in spades. We sometimes call him Doofus!
Moni is Endor's Seventh Heaven - age 10
Moni is our little problem girl. She is extremely shy and nervous and misses out on a lot of loving by spending most of her time behind the davenport. She loves to cuddle in the bed though.
Punky is Wizzlewood Monkey Puzzle - age 8 (on April 13th as a matter of fact.)
Punky is the brightest little girl I have ever seen. We literally have to spell certain words if we don't want her to react to them. And if anyone is so stupid as to think that dogs don't think they sure do not know punky. I have seen her deliberately bark and run for the door knowing there is no one there. Andy will leap off my lap and beat her to the door and Punky will quick like a bunny come to the arm of the chair for me to pick her up. I have witnessed this successful coup on numerous occasions.
We have had BGs for over 20 yrs. We got the first from Marge Simon (Chairity) while still in CA. Many years later as a Rescue Committee member I went to see a little Griff which I later named "General". This lovable little guy stole my heart in about 2 seconds and there was no way in hell that anyone would ever have gotten him away from me. We nursed him back from 3 lbs. to 6 lbs. and provided him with two years of constant affection before we lost him to the sands of time.

Bebop
|
Last year I received a little Smoothie from Cindy Muir. Her Kennel name is "Boogie Woogie Bebop Symphony" shortened to "Bebop". She is the first Smooth coat we have ever had and she has really bonded to me. The other dogs go more for Tonia (my wife) but Bebop is a daddy's girl.
